Hi, I’m Charley. I’ve spent 25 years across financial services, SaaS and agrifood, from Asia-Pacific to Europe. My path wasn’t a straight line, and I’m guessing yours isn’t either. Most of what I’ve learned came from the job itself: unconventional resources, and the messy mistakes you make in the middle of complicated situations.
I never fit the MBA mold. I was always the one who was too curious, asked too many questions, and challenged ideas that didn’t make sense. I don’t believe innovation comes from everyone learning to think the same way. It comes from having the courage to try something different and build a path that fits you.

Some people like to work things out on their own time. Others want someone in their corner. I’ve been both, so I built both.
THE COURSE
This is the program I wish I’d had earlier in my career. You’ll learn how to find teachers in unexpected places, pull the lesson out of everyday work, and use it to build the career you actually want. Work through it at your own pace, around the job you already have.
MENTORING
Sometimes you need to talk it through with someone who’s been there. Maybe you’re considering a change of direction, stuck in a role that doesn’t fit, or trying to turn something you love into your work. We’ll work on the real problem in front of you, and you’ll leave with a way of thinking you can use the next time too.
